We have provided estimates to how long on average each web design project will take to complete in terms of hours into the project. These estimates are based on our team being able to move through our web design process from start to finish with all the content needed to build the website provided upfront.

We use platforms such as Elementor Pro that make adding content, images, and new pages to your WordPress website very easy. We can provide useful tutorials on how to use these platforms so once your web design project is complete you can keep it fully updated!

Keeping your website updated is something you can do yourself or we are happy to do for you. We don’t offer a fixed cost for maintenance but if you contact us, we can provide a quote based on the maintenance work you would like us to carry out.

We offer SEO services that are month-to-month and ensure your website is optimised for search engines and optimised to attract organic traffic, with SEO you can be sure that your website is not only maintained but optimised for lead generation and direct sales.

We can recommend a host for you to use and help register your domain name with no problems, however we don’t offer hosting and domain registration services. The reason for this is we want you to own your website 100% once we have completed your web design project. We believe you owning the domain name and hosting from day 1, is simply best practice.

We are available. During your web design project, you will have 2-3 revisions during the web design process and a 7-day review window after we have delivered your website as a final project. After this your website is finalised as a project, but if you need us further down the road for more web design work, amendments, or maintenance we are only an email away.

We specialise in SEO friendly websites and if you choose the web design max package or E-commerce web design package your website will be built with SEO friendly foundations. However, the web design basix package does not include the SEO starter package but can be added on after your web design project is delivered at a later date, with no problems. It is also important to note that SEO is an ongoing process. To significantly increase organic traffic, leads and direct sales to your website it will require an ongoing SEO campaign. Our payment process is simple and designed so payment is requested at the appropriate stages of your web design project. We require a 50% upfront payment before we begin your web design project this is after your initial consultation, SOW and contract has been signed off. 

There is then a 25% payment after your website is sent to you for revisions and this needs to be paid before changes are made. Finally, the last 25% of the payment is taken once revisions are complete and website is tested for responsiveness, functionality, and errors. You will then have a 7-day period to report any issues or errors for us to fix completely free or charge.
